We don't just publish young voices. We raise them up.

Every great story has the power to reflect its Creator. As a small, independent publisher, we come alongside young creatives who long to use their writing as an act of worship—honoring Christ in spirit and in truth (John 4:23–24).

Raise your voice.

Stories have always been one of God's chosen ways to reveal truth. Long before the first novel was written, our Creator was weaving the greatest story ever told—a story of redemption that points every heart to Christ.

We believe the stories we create should do the same.

Jesus said the greatest commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves (Matthew 22:37–40). Those words shape everything we do.

For us, writing is more than a creative pursuit. It is an act of worship.

Not because we write perfectly. Not because we earn God's favor through excellence. But because the Holy Spirit gives new life to His people, filling our hearts with a genuine love for Christ. That love changes why we create. We don't strive for truth, beauty, and excellence to prove ourselves—we pursue them because we delight in the One who is Truth itself.

Every story becomes an opportunity to reflect His character. Every page becomes a chance to love our readers well. Every lesson learned is another way to steward the gifts He has entrusted to us.

Like the psalmist, we delight in God's Word because we delight in God Himself (Psalm 119). His truth shapes our imaginations, our characters, our themes, and our craft. As we grow to love Him more deeply, our stories become richer, more honest, more beautiful, and more full of hope.

This is the vision that guides Anistemi Publishing.

We exist to raise up a generation of young storytellers who see writing not merely as a talent to develop, but as a calling to steward—creating stories that honor Christ, serve others, and reflect the beauty of the greatest Story ever told.

Find your best fit.

Not every writer shares this vision—and that's okay.

There are many wonderful Christian publishers and writing communities, each serving authors with different callings and goals. We celebrate their work and encourage every writer to find the community where they can flourish.

But if you long to grow as both a disciple and a storyteller... if you believe the craft of writing can become an act of worship... if you want every story, article, devotion, poem, or creative project to reflect the beauty and truth of Christ—then you've found your people.

At Anistemi Authors Academy, we don't simply teach writers how to tell better stories. We help them learn to think, create, and communicate through a biblical worldview, so that truth shapes not only what they write, but how they imagine, create, and serve their readers.

Whether you're crafting nonfiction that explains God's truth or fiction that embodies it through unforgettable characters and living stories, our desire is the same: to help you use your God-given gifts with wisdom, excellence, and joy.

If you're ready to begin that journey, we'd love to welcome you into the Academy.

And if you're not quite ready for a full course, our next Short Story Publishing Contest is the perfect place to start. It's an opportunity to sharpen your craft, receive encouragement, and join a growing community of young creatives who are learning to write for the glory of Christ.

Come write the kinds of stories that point beyond themselves—to the Author of every good story.

Who We Are

At Anistemi, we believe the greatest treasure isn't the story—it's the storyteller. That's why we invest in young authors, artists, and creatives made in the image of God, equipping them to proclaim His truth through the gifts He's entrusted to them. Whether you're exploring our free Open Access Library, finding encouragement through our newsletter, entering a Short Story Contest, or growing your craft inside Anistemi Authors Academy, our desire is the same: to come alongside you with biblical encouragement, practical training, and a Christ-centered community that helps you create stories marked by truth, beauty, and love.

What We Believe

Our distinctives are upheld by our certainty that the Bible is inerrant (2 Timothy 3:16-17), that Christ is who the Bible says He is (John 14:9), and that Christ accomplished what countless eye witnesses testified to through scripture, many at the cost of their lives: Jesus Christ lived a sinless life (1 John 3:5), "gave himself for our sins to deliver us according to the will of God the Father (Galatians 1:4), defeated death (2 Timothy 1:10), rising from the grave (Romans 8:11), and ascended to heaven (Mark 16:19) where He currently intercedes for all those who believe in His name, accept His offer of salvation, and follow Him (John 17 & Romans 8:31-39). Thus, we confidently affirm:

+ Every person was designed in God's image, and that our call to sub-create is a good gift from God (Genesis 1:26-27).

+ As with all things, all our stories (those we are living) and those we write have their being in Christ's story (Colossians 1:15-17).

+ Christ-followers have exceptional creative insight because they regularly communicate with the source of creativity in whom all things have their

being: Christ the living Word (1 Thessalonians 5:16-21 & John 1:1-5).

+ The Holy Spirit is The Teacher, and every believer who is indwelled by the Holy Spirit has all they need to be equipped for every good work (2

Timothy 3:16-17).

+ Collaborating on creative projects that uphold Christian values offers creatives in the body of Christ the opportunity to love God and love others

(Galatians 5:22-26).

+ Young creatives benefit from mentorship opportunities with older creators who are experienced in discerning how artistic choices and fiction

messages help believers fulfill the scriptural call to take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ (1 Corinthians 10:3-5).

+ Manmade tools and machines (from primitive charcoal to modern AI) are only tools, are innately flawed by the shortcomings of their makers, and

can never be truly creative or generative since they are not made in the image of God.

+ Despite our best and most faithful attempts, all our works are manmade and cannot be equivocated with the works of God (Romans 3:23, James

3:2, etc.).

+ Christian creatives can rest in the Holy Spirit to accomplish what they cannot and boldly seek to proclaim Christ with the voice, gifts, and

perspectives God has given them (Matthew 5:13-16, Philippians 3:12-16, etc.).
